To whom i may concern,
I have no idea who will receive this email, but I am very upset with the management company that is supposedly overseeing the caretaking of Cielo Dorado.
It has never in my 30 years living here seen it look like it does now.
The person who is supposed to be mowing, does nothing. Absolutely nothing. And the mosquitos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The grass is high in all the common areas, and it is truly upsetting to see.
Some folks take no pride whatsoever in the way their property looks, which to me is a violation of the covenants, but as I understand it the board has no authority to do anything about this.
Writing letters is useless and a waste of time.
I hereby state that we will no longer pay dues as we receive nothing in return!!!!!

I do believe the most important issue is the taxi ways and runway which should always be the first priority, but I also believe that the grounds should look well taken care of and they look awful.

I am going to attend the annual meeting, and this should be on the agenda.
Please put this on the agenda.
I would go tonight's meeting, but I am not feeling well and honestly, I am so angry that no one would want me there
I would love a response to this email as I believe many residents feel as I do
